1. Return Window
At Be Live Nutrition, we strive to ensure you receive your supplements in perfect condition. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Strict Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of health supplements (consumables), we cannot accept returns for products where the inner or outer seal has been broken or tampered with.
- Item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- Original invoice/bill must be provided.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong flavor/variant, please email us at info@belivenutrition.com with photos of the package within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is inspected and approved:
International Orders: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Stripe/Credit Card) within 7-10 working days.
Domestic (India) Orders: Refunds are processed via UPI or Bank Transfer within 3-5 working days.
5. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order is in the “Shipped” status, cancellations are no longer possible.
